As a Bottling Line Equipment Operator, you’ll run high-speed machinery, complete efficient changeovers, and help ensure every product meets quality standards. This is a long-term role with real opportunities to learn, grow, and advance.

A Day in the Life

You arrive ready to go—reviewing the production plan, prepping the line, and verifying quality checks before the first case rolls out. Throughout your shift, you’ll:

• Operate, observe, and fine-tune production equipment to maintain output and consistency
• Perform changeovers and adjustments to move quickly between products
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Continuously monitor product quality and line performance
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Keep your area clean, orderly, and audit-ready

Pay & Shifts

1st Shift – $18.80/hr

• Sunday–Wednesday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday–Saturday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

Wednesday: 6-hour shift

2nd Shift – $20.80/hr

• Sunday–Wednesday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Wednesday–Saturday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Wednesday: 6-hour shift

What You Bring

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Solid mechanical aptitude and curiosity
• Prior experience operating production machinery
• Proven experience performing machine changeovers
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment confidently and safely
• Reliable, detail-focused, and team-oriented
• Desire for a long-term career with growth potential
