Summary

Position Summary

The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to golfers by operating a beverage cart throughout the golf course and serving beverages, snacks, and other food items. This role ensures guests receive friendly and efficient service while maintaining compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations.

This is a Seasonal Position and runs typically from April through November.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a beverage cart safely throughout the golf course.
• Stock the cart with beverages, snacks, ice, cups, napkins, and other supplies before each shift.
• Greet golfers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and provide prompt service.
• Verify age and follow all state and company guidelines when serving alcoholic beverages.
• Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
• Record and reconcile daily sales transactions and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart throughout the shift.
• Report guest concerns, safety issues, or operational problems to management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.

Pay rate for this position is $6.63/hr.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain any required alcohol service certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, drive, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry beverage cases, ice, and supplies up to 30-50 pounds.
