Join Farmer Brothers on our Revive Service & Restoration team, where we install, maintain, and restore commercial tea and coffee brewing systems. As a Beverage Equipment Field Service Specialist, you’ll own the customer experience for a defined territory—keeping brewers pouring, documenting every service with precision, and managing the parts that keep our customers up and running.
Start your morning at 7:30 am, review your route, and head out within a 100-mile radius to scheduled jobs—anything from a new brewer install to preventative maintenance. When an urgent call comes in, you pivot, diagnose, and resolve. You’ll close each call with complete documentation, capture signatures, communicate results, and update your parts inventory before wrapping up around 4:30 pm. You’ll rotate on an after-hours/weekend on-call schedule to support emergency needs.
