Beverage Industry - Sanitation Associate, 2nd shift

We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Sanitation team in a manufacturing environment within the beverage industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, supporting public health, and maintaining environmental aesthetics throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will help uphold strict sanitation protocols to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance while contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all production equipment, tanks and facility as needed throughout the shift and at the end of the day.
• Performs sanitation process by following the standard operating procedures.
• Handle all chemicals in accordance with the SDS sheet, while following all GMPs and safety standards
• Communicates with the production team on what sanitation needs they may have throughout production.
• Review daily pre-op sheet to see where swab failures/ non-conformances were identified.
• Inventory chemicals once a week and provide order list to Quality Control Manager
• Complete all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational documentation (GED) required.
• 1-3-year experience of working in food or beverage industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and upper management.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Physical Demands and extended periods of standing.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• At times employee must occasionally lift and/or move 30-50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working around industrial equipment as there are many moving parts.

Working Hours

• Full time job
• Monday through Friday & occasional Saturdays from 2:30 PM - 11 PM
• 8-hour shift plus occasional overtime

Salary

• $18.00per hour

New hire bonus up to $500.00
