JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Efficiently and accurately takes and delivers beverage orders in a timely and friendly manner.
- Handles cash and credit transactions associated with beverage sales, accurately and efficiently.
- Provides appropriate change to guests.
- Proactively seeks guest opportunities and anticipates guest’s needs to create “magical moments”.
- Interacts with guests in a friendly manner while taking drink orders, to include up-selling.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months and have no active disciplinary action during the last six months.
- Must be able to obtain required work cards, alcohol awareness cards and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction.
- Must be 20 + 1 day years of age or older.
- Obtain alcohol certification through STAR prior to first day of employment.
