Beverage Server

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take beverage orders accurately, deliver orders, and take payment from guests.

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with state liquor laws and company policies.

• Work cooperatively with bartenders, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.

• Respond to guest questions, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink offerings, promotions, and casino events.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Prior night club or restaurant experience is preferred but a positive attitude is more important. 
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
