- Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, and serve beverages efficiently

- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper procedures
- Assist with drink preparation and maintain knowledge of cocktails and brands
- Promote casino events, programs, and player rewards programs
- Deliver personalized guest service and resolve issues using service recovery standards
- Work collaboratively with team members across beverage and casino operations
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED with 1-6 months of related experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
