Description
Beverage Station Field Sales & Delivery Representative
Join a team that keeps workplaces running. In this field-based role, you’ll deliver and sell coffee, tea, and related products, service beverage stations to company standards, and provide route relief when needed—all while creating loyal customers.
Workday Basics
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (overtime as needed)
Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a successful DOT physical
Clean, strong driving record
Your Impact
Deliver, stock, rotate, and merchandise beverage station products at each stop.
Clean equipment, verify functionality, and perform at least one daily CQC (Cup Quality Check).
Escalate service or account concerns to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) quickly and professionally.
Service every account on the daily route schedule; ensure on-time delivery and station readiness.
Own on-route administration: invoices, inventory control, and collections.
Drive Revenue per Stop by filling distribution voids, executing seasonal/LTO promotions, applying pricing actions, and maintaining station standards.
Surface inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or growth opportunities to the ASM during route relief.
Assist with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer-related projects as assigned.
Learn brewing systems and perform basic adjustments or light repairs.
Consistently use the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell); make opportunistic sales calls when time allows.
Support other warehouse, A/R collections, and customer service tasks as needed.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Route delivery experience (preferred)
Customer service background (preferred)
Foodservice experience (desired)
Mechanical aptitude with company tools, hardware, and software
Strong communicator and active listener who assesses needs effectively
Proactive, independent worker with sound judgment and strong decision-making
Relationship-builder who identifies issues and opportunities quickly

We adjust base pay by location to reflect cost-of-living differences. Employees in higher-cost markets may receive a geographic premium informed by local data and economic trends.
