WHAT YOU'LL DO

Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
Assist in hiring staff, training, scheduling, and assigning duties.
Supervise the requisition of all liquor (beer, wine, and other beverages) from the warehouse to all bars, as directed.
Ensure all orders are delivered within designated timelines.
Resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
Verify daily receipts and monthly inventories.
Ensure bar areas are kept neat and clean and ensure all closing duties are completed before staff signs out.
Direct the cleaning of closing shift.
Inform staff of daily specials and special events, programs, or new policies.
Monitor all cash register and cash handling functions to ensure Point of Sale (POS) compliance.
Respond to callout's, adjust staffing to ensure appropriate coverage.
Assist with performance evaluations.
Maintain security of goods.
Assist in maintaining all departmental team members' files.
Maintain neat and sanitary lounge and bar areas.
Train all beverage/bar staff.
Keep staff updated on policies, procedures, and special events.
Ensure compliance with State Alcoholic Beverage regulations.
Ensure proper procedures are adhered to while handling emergency situations.
Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Ability to obtain a Class III B+ gaming license.
At least 1 (one) year of hospitality or business courses and liquor board awareness classes are required.
1 (one) year of supervisory/management experience required.
Some beverage serving experience and bartending experience are required.
Must maintain a Class 12 Liquor license.
Must maintain a valid Washington State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
HOW YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL

Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
