BFW Warehouse Worker – Bethany, MO
Position Summary
The BFW Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations at the Bethany, Missouri distribution facility. This role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, safe material handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, steady routines, and contributing to a fast‑moving logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking — Accurately select, scan, and prepare customer orders according to pick lists and warehouse standards.
- Inventory Handling — Receive, stock, and rotate inventory; report discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Shipping & Receiving — Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and prepare outgoing freight.
- Warehouse Organization — Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas following company safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration — Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience helpful but not required
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Basic math and reading skills for order accuracy
Work Environment
- Fast‑paced warehouse setting

- No shift schedules, daily hours are 7am to 4pm
