Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community
- Assist with leasing activities, including tours, applications, and resident follow-up
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Handle resident inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
- Assist with rent collections, delinquency tracking, and basic reporting
- Help maintain accurate resident files and property records
- Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure community goals are met
Qualifications
- Previous experience in multifamily property management preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with property management software is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
