Behavioral Health Case Manager Opportunity in New Castle, DE

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Provide direct service provision and person-centered services.
• Manage client risk and safety effectively.
• Offer consultative services to state and private agencies.
• Refer clients to appropriate social service agencies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Behavioral or Social Science or related field.
• Three years' experience in case management, including assessing, planning, and implementing services.
• Three years' experience in providing clinical treatment or counseling.

Preferences

• Familiarity with case management systems and service plans.
• Experience in a psychiatric outpatient setting is advantageous.

Work a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, on the first shift, with no requirement for driving or travel. This is a full-time, on-site position with 40 hours per week.
