Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) | Full-Time
Location: Long Beach, CA Schedule: Swing Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Full-Time

We are a growing behavioral health & substance abuse treatment center seeking a dependable Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients in recovery. Perfect for those pursuing careers in mental health, addiction treatment, or social services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct client care and supervision
Complete intakes, documentation, and EMR data entry
Conduct rounds and monitor client behavior
Perform drug testing and assist with med pass
Support program rules and client accountability
Communicate with clinical and operations teams
Qualifications
High school diploma (required)
CADC / Recovery Worker or in progress (preferred)
️ CPR & First Aid certified
Experience in behavioral health or substance abuse (preferred)
