Job Requirements

• Support and maintain existing Power BI reporting solutions.

• Assist with ad hoc analytics and data requests across business and technology teams.

• Understand complex datasets and proactively identify solutions.

• Translate business requirements into actionable reporting insights.

• Work effectively within a small, collaborative, agile team.

• Leverage emerging AI-powered tools to improve analytics development, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets.

• Support ad hoc reporting, analytics, and data requests from stakeholders.

• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources.

• Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Quickly learn:

  • Business processes

  • Data structures

  • Operational readiness metrics

  • Reporting requirements

  • Workstreams across multiple teams

• Monitor:

  • Report performance

  • Data quality

  • Data refresh processes

  • User support requests

• Document reporting logic, data sources, and key business rules.

• Use Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI tools to accelerate:

  • Troubleshooting

• Collaborate with a small agile team to identify process improvements.

• Take ownership of assigned work and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.

• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and deliver effective business solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Power BI, including:

  • Data modeling

  • Power Query

  • DAX

  • Report performance optimization

• Experience supporting and maintaining reporting solutions in a business environment.

• Experience working with data from multiple systems and business domains.

• Ability to quickly understand complex business processes, datasets, and reporting requirements.
