Requirements:
Work closely with various business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and design optimal dashboard solutions using Tableau, SQL and other technologies
Support ad hoc operational data requests from business partners
Understand and analyze data to find patterns and valuable business insights
Be an active member of an Agile team, participating in all ceremonies and continuous improvement activities
Support all phases of the development and implementation of reporting solutions including analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing maintenance
Willingness to experiment and learn new tools and technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years' experience with Tableau
Proficiency in SQL
Excellent analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Knowledge of cloud-based services (preferably AWS)
Programming experience with Python/R a plus
