What You’ll Do
Provide a warm, professional welcome to consumers, visitors, and callers, delivering excellent front-line support
Conduct intake assessments, complete documentation, and coordinate referrals to appropriate programs and services
Offer information, advocacy, and independent living support, empowering individuals to make informed decisions
Perform Social Care Network screenings, determine eligibility, and coordinate navigation and referral services
Maintain accurate records and service documentation within agency databases
Coordinate scheduling for consumers, staff, meeting spaces, and agency vehicles
Oversee front desk operations, including phone coverage, mail handling, supplies, and visitor management
Support employment readiness services, such as resume assistance and job application guidance
Manage office supply ordering and administrative processes, including expense tracking
Monitor and respond to voicemail, referral systems, and communication platforms in a timely manner
Assist with outreach, marketing initiatives, and special projects
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and disability rights regulations
What You Bring
Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
Experience in intake coordination, reception, administrative support, or human services preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Comfort working with databases, scheduling systems, and office technology
A compassionate, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to supporting diverse populations
