Bilingual Intake Coordinator / Receptionist (Spanish Required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-min break) | 32.5 hours/week

We’re seeking a compassionate, organized, and bilingual professional to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking services. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in connecting people to resources, supporting independence, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive experience for all.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to consumers, visitors, and callers, delivering excellent front-line support
- Conduct intake assessments, complete documentation, and coordinate referrals to appropriate programs and services
- Offer information, advocacy, and independent living support, empowering individuals to make informed decisions
- Perform Social Care Network screenings, determine eligibility, and coordinate navigation and referral services
- Maintain accurate records and service documentation within agency databases
- Coordinate scheduling for consumers, staff, meeting spaces, and agency vehicles
- Oversee front desk operations, including phone coverage, mail handling, supplies, and visitor management
- Support employment readiness services, such as resume assistance and job application guidance
- Manage office supply ordering and administrative processes, including expense tracking
- Monitor and respond to voicemail, referral systems, and communication platforms in a timely manner
- Assist with outreach, marketing initiatives, and special projects
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and disability rights regulations
What You Bring
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience in intake coordination, reception, administrative support, or human services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Comfort working with databases, scheduling systems, and office technology
- A compassionate, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to supporting diverse populations
