BICSI Certified Installer - Job Description:
Install and support commercial low-voltage systems, including CAT6, CAT6A, CAT8, fiber optic, and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
Interpret construction drawings and use building plans to determine cable pathways and installation requirements.
Install wireless access points, patch panels, wall plates, keystone jacks, RJ45 connectors, and other telecommunications hardware.
Build and utilize cable support infrastructure, including J-hooks, cable tray, ladder racks, and related pathways.
Route, dress, and organize cabling throughout telecommunications rooms, modular furniture, workstations, and other designated outlets.
Use professional testing equipment including 4-pair testers, toner/probe sets, OTDRs, and Fluke DTX testers to verify system performance and installation quality.
Safely perform work from ladders, scissor lifts, bucket trucks, and other elevated platforms.
Operate hand and power tools to complete daily installation assignments efficiently and accurately.
Maintain installations in accordance with applicable EIA/TIA and BICSI standards.
Provide leadership on smaller crews while sharing knowledge and helping less-experienced technicians develop their skills.
Communicate and coordinate professionally with general contractors, vendors, customers, and other project stakeholders.

Basic Requirement:
Valid Driver s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Required credential- BICSI Installer Certification
