The Bids and Contracts Assistant supports the Bids and Contracts Manager with administrative tasks related to bidding and contract management.


  • Quote sales, process orders, send submittals, and submit W-9s
  • Track contract renewals, price adjustments, and update due dates
  • Maintain agency files, order bonds, and coordinate bond recording and delivery
  • Monitor bid alerts, track bid results, and update related documentation
  • Gather subcontractor information and update project status spreadsheets
  • Manage business license, registration, and renewal tracking
  • Keep experience records current and respond promptly to communications
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

  • Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a professional attitude.
