As a Manager, a typical day might include the following:
Managing operations during scheduled shifts in a high-energy concert hall and nightlife environment, including daily decision making, staff support, guest interaction, event execution, scheduling, and planning while upholding service standards, production quality, and venue cleanliness
Preparing staff schedules in accordance with forecasted business volume, ticketed events, and show timelines; responsible for adjusting staffing levels based on event scale, artist requirements, and fluctuating nightly attendance
Identifying operational opportunities to build sales and control costs; develop and implement plans to address opportunities
Exhibiting high performance standards and ensures all team members are providing exceptional service to patrons
Performing nightly check outs and audits
Collaborating closely with production, security, box office, and bar teams to ensure seamless event execution from doors to close
Investigating and resolving service and safety complaints
Supervising associates daily activities; assigning responsibilities and providing clear / concise instructions while offering suggestions for increased productivity
Enforcing established safety practices and ensures quality standards are maintained
Accountable for all sales and operating transactions in compliance with the policies and procedures
Providing a positive, fun working environment for associates
Other duties as assigned
