Job Summary

Position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead small groups of all ages through bike park instruction. Current GSMBC, IMBA, PMBIA, TerraMethod, or similar certification is preferred (training will be provided if not currently certified). Candidates must be proficient mountain bikers with the ability and desire to teach and coach others.

In addition to instruction, this position is expected to assist with daily bike park operations, including bike maintenance, rental shop procedures, and regularly driving the bike shuttle to transport guests and equipment. Mechanical experience is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

• 18 or older
• Valid driver’s license and approved DMV record 

Preferred

• Experience instructing and guiding people in riding mountain bikes or other outdoor activities
• Basic bike maintenance
• Prior customer service experience

Typical Schedule

Days:

Friday through Sunday

• • Varies, including weekends and holidays as needed

Hours:

11:00 AM-7:00 PM (Friday) and 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday)

Pay: $13/Hour
