Biketown Field Operations Team Member- Seasonal, OVN & Weekends

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour, +$1/hr differential for Overnight shifts

We are seeking Field Operations Team Members to join our bike or scooter operations team. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for field-based tasks to ensure the effective operation of the system's bike & scooter capacities and station performance. The ideal candidate should have an active driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs. Anticipated end date for this position is September 2026.

• Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.
• The ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• The ability to use technology provided by the company.
• A willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round.
• Has reliable access to transportation to and from work.
• Possess a valid and active driver's license.
• The ability to lift 75 lbs.
• The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Shifts needed: Overnights (11p-7a), and AM (7a-3p) on Weekends

Due to the nature of the work performed by the company, team members may be assigned to perform duties outside their responsibilities.
