Billing Clerk
Position Summary
Responsible for auditing driver paperwork against system data to ensure accurate and timely billing. This role reviews documentation, resolves discrepancies, and processes billing for approximately 1,500 invoices per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Compare driver paperwork to system data for accuracy.
- Audit load documentation and identify discrepancies.
- Process online billing transactions.
- Maintain organized records and perform minimal document scanning.
- Support a high-volume billing environment while ensuring accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior billing or auditing experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and good common sense.
