Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English) - Whitestown, IN | Contract-to-Hire | $20-$21/hr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Whitestown. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire role.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet visitors

  • Review payroll hours (ADP)

  • Enter and process accounts payable invoices

  • File and maintain organized records

Qualifications

  • Strong data entry and admin experience

  • Professional, personable, and reliable

  • ADP experience a plus

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
