Role Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with customer communication. This position plays a key role in maintaining organization and ensuring smooth coordination between the office and field teams.

Pay and Schedule
  • $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • Full-time position.
  • Monday through Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
  • Communicate with customers in English and Spanish.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation. 
  • Support internal communication between office and field staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform the essential job functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties may include sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and occasional lifting of office materials.
