Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Location: Lebanon, IN (100% onsite)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendaring, and reporting
Perform order entry with a high level of accuracy
Serve as a point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking customers
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with general office operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintain organized records, documentation, and data entry
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or customer service role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
