We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in Pembroke Pines. This is a part-time position ideal for a bilingual professional who is organized, punctual, and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(With the possibility of additional hours if needed)
Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Take accurate notes related to charts and office records
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
- Organize and maintain files and documentation
- Support office staff with day-to-day tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational and note-taking skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable and punctual
