We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Clerk to support our office operations. This is an entry-level, part-time position ideal for someone looking to build office experience or continue growing in an administrative role. The position also offers the potential to become full-time based on business needs and performance.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
(With the possibility of additional hours and full-time opportunities in the future)

Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Take accurate notes related to charts and office records
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation
  • Support office staff with day-to-day tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong organizational and note-taking skills
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
