Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish)

Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33073

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy office in Pompano Beach, FL. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys providing excellent customer service while handling a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records.
  • Manage paper inventory and office supply levels.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation.
  • Provide front desk and reception coverage.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Support the office team with day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

 

Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar office role.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Accurate data entry and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends when business needs require.
