Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour
Position Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Sacramento. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys supporting daily office operations while providing excellent communication and organizational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and document management
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
- Translate basic documents and communicate information clearly between teams and clients
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support follow-up tasks
- Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming environment
- Support office operations and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
