You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. You’ll practice alongside a collaborative physician and Advanced Practice Provider team with protected administrative time, strong clinical support, and an established multidisciplinary care model.

• You are a licensed APRN or Physician Assistant in Illinois
• You are Board Certified with a current DEA registration and CPR certification

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $97,000–$130,000
• BCBS health insurance with approximately 70% employer-paid coverage
• Dental & vision insurance with approximately 70% employer-paid coverage

• 39 paid days off annually
• $3,000 CME allowance plus 5 paid CME days
