Help improve AI by reviewing, translating, and refining the product quality. We need a tech-savvy communicator fluent in English and Mandarin to ensure high-quality linguistic output.
Evaluate and refine AI-generated capabilities in English and Mandarin.
Act as the language subject matter expert for our Mandarin patient engagement product. Provide translations and feedback to our patient engagement product team.
Use digital tools to track and report product quality with high accuracy.
Bilingual: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English and Mandarin.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software and AI tools.
Experience: Background in Healthcare or Customer Service is a plus.
Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Equipment: Access to a private computer, private workspace, and private, strong internet connection.
Type: Part-time Subcontractor (1099)
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 2-4 hours/day (10-20 hrs/week)
Location: Fully Remote, reside in the US & Must be authorized to work in the U.S
