Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM + rotating Saturdays, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM

$16-$18/HR + Leasing Commissions & Benefits

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant for Eden Park Apartments, a 324-unit community in Brooklyn Park. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping them find the right apartment while delivering an outstanding resident experience.

What You'll Do:

• Tour apartments and showcase the community to prospective residents
• Respond to leads and turn prospects into new residents
• Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
• Support leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals
• Provide professional, responsive customer service every day

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual Spanish speaker
• Leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Professional, dependable, and motivated
• Willing to complete required online training

Pay & Benefits:

• $16 - $18/HR DOE

• New lease commission

• 80 hours during Year 1

• 120 hours during Years 2-4

• 160 hours after 5 years
