About the Role
As the Bilingual Assistant Store Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily store operations, achieve sales goals, and maintain exceptional customer service. You'll assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff, oversee workflow, and support performance management. Promoting a positive team environment and ensuring compliance with company standards are also key responsibilities. **Must be bilingual in Spanish and English for consideration. Retail management experience is required for this position.

Pay Rate: $20/hr
Available Shift Times: Flexible shifts based on store needs

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff
• Oversee daily store operations and workflow
• Support sales plan execution and performance metrics
• Ensure high standards of customer service and visual merchandising
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform counts
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and POS reporting
• Monitor store security and safety procedures

Key Requirements

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years related retail or leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout the store
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed
