    About the Role

    As a Bilingual Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in the daily care and development of children ages 1 to 3. Working alongside lead teachers, you will provide hands-on support, helping children build confidence, develop language skills, and experience a nurturing classroom environment.

    This is a highly interactive role that requires patience, warmth, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children. Every day, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's life through attentive care, positive interactions, and engaging learning experiences.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support lead teachers with daily classroom routines and activities
    • Provide attentive, hands-on care to ensure children's comfort, safety, and well-being
    • Engage children through play-based learning, exploration, and age-appropriate activities
    • Communicate with children in Spanish and English to support language development
    • Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and developmental growth
    • Help create a warm, safe, clean, and organized learning environment
    • Assist with children's daily care needs, including hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort throughout the day
    • Encourage positive behaviors, independence, and healthy relationships with peers

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $13.00 – $14.00 per hour
    • Full-time or Part-time opportunities.
    • Monday through Friday only.
