Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, review, and close production work orders.
- Monitor production and inventory transactions for accuracy.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
- Track yields, waste, rework, and raw material usage.
- Maintain product traceability and inventory accuracy.
- Support inventory counts, reconciliations, and production reporting.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly production close processes.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, basic analysis).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to work in both office and plant environments.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
