Position Title: Bilingual Associate AttorneyAbout the RoleThis role presents an opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to manage personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigation. The Bilingual Associate Attorney will engage in drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and handling discovery while appearing in court. Direct communication with clients, many of whom are Spanish-speaking, is essential to provide updates and explain legal processes. The position requires collaboration with experts and thorough trial preparation to effectively advance cases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing a caseload. This role is suited for individuals who value teamwork and client service in a supportive environment.Bilingual Associate Attorney ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigationDraft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responsesConduct legal research and prepare memoranda on liability, damages, and procedural rulesHandle pre-suit investigations and review accident reports and medical recordsCommunicate directly with clients to provide updates and gather factsPrepare settlement demands and negotiate with opposing counselAttend and conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and medical providersMake court appearances for hearings and status conferencesAssist with trial preparation, including drafting witness outlines and jury instructionsMaintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court ordersBilingual Associate Attorney Requirements1-3 years of experience in Pre-Suit Personal InjuryExperience with motor vehicle accidents and premises liability casesMembership in the Florida Bar is requiredFluency in Spanish and English is requiredInsurance Defense or First Party experience in PIP or homeowners' claims is preferredBenefits401K with a 3% matchMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance10 days of PTOAll national holidays are paidPayment of bar dues and CLE expenses#J-18808-Ljbffr
