Bilingual Automotive Parts Counter Sales Specialist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pay: Up to $20 per hour, plus commission with the potential to earn an additional $15 per hour

Are you knowledgeable about automotive parts and genuinely enjoy helping customers? Revolution Auto Parts is looking for a professional, bilingual Automotive Parts Counter Sales Specialist to assist customers both in person and over the phone.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous automotive parts experience who can quickly understand what a customer needs, locate the correct part, and provide knowledgeable, friendly service. The ideal candidate is confident with customers, comfortable using computer systems, and motivated by the opportunity to earn commission.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and assist them with picking up automotive parts

• Answer incoming calls and help customers determine whether requested parts are available

• Use the company’s computer system to search inventory, verify part information, and assist with orders

• Ask the right questions to help customers identify the correct part for their vehicle

• Clearly explain part availability, pricing, and pickup information

• Build positive relationships with customers through responsive, professional service

• Help resolve customer questions or concerns

• Maintain accurate information and complete transactions carefully

• Support the team with other counter and customer service responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts

• Previous experience with an automotive parts store, dealership parts department, body shop, repair facility, or automotive recycling business is strongly preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional, articulate, and comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone

• Computer literate and able to learn inventory and order-management systems

• Detail-oriented and able to accurately match customers with the correct parts

• Sales-minded and motivated by commission opportunities

• Dependable, accountable, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Able to remain patient and helpful in a busy, fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay of up to $20 per hour, based on experience

• Commission with the potential to earn up to an additional $15 per hour

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
