Jones Ford Buckeye is hiring an experienced Bilingual Spanish-English Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-volume dealership team.

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

• $5,000–$15,000+ per month

• $3,000/month guaranteed pay for the first 90 days

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while providing a professional, personalized experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot

• Build rapport and identify customer needs

• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles

• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Explain vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits

• Follow up with Internet leads, phone leads, and showroom customers

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer follow-up activities

• Prospect for new business and generate repeat and referral customers

• Negotiate and close vehicle sales

• Complete sales paperwork accurately

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with customers and dealership departments

• Stay current on Ford products, financing options, incentives, and dealership promotions

• Participate in sales meetings, training, and dealership events

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience

• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills

• Proven ability to close sales and negotiate effectively

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership

• Basic computer and CRM experience

• Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass required background check and drug screening

• Must be 21 years of age or older
