Option 1:

  • Tuesday – Friday: 7:55 AM – 4:55 PM
  • Saturday: 8:55 AM – 5:55 PM

Option 2:

  • Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative/Banker to support clients with banking, credit, and financial service needs in a fast-paced contact center environment. This role is responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, identifying financial needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding banking products, credit services, and account inquiries
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions and services
  • Educate clients on available financial products including checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, and lending solutions
  • Build rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide customized solutions
  • Identify opportunities for referrals and additional financial products/services
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience on every interaction

 

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (speak, read, and write)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Call center and/or banking experience required
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable receiving coaching and performance feedback
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and technology

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or banking
  • Experience with sales, cross-selling, upselling, or product referrals
  • Experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center environment
  • Experience as a Personal Banker or handling high-volume customer interactions
