About the Role:
Join RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC as a Bilingual Behavioral Technician/Therapist, where you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. We are seeking passionate individuals to provide essential support in a collaborative and nurturing environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed professional.
  • Conduct assessments and track progress for clients with behavioral and speech challenges.
  • Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill development.
  • Support children in social interactions and communication through play-based activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and client progress.
  • Communicate effectively with families and provide support in both English and Spanish.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other therapists.
  • Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children with special needs, particularly in ABA therapy.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and training as required by the state.
