ADP is hiring a Bilingual Benefits Relationship Life Cycle Consultant in the San Francisco, CA area to manage a book of business.Role Overview : The consultant will strengthen connections with key account clients through service and consultation around benefit education strategies. Responsibilities include building relationships, driving benefit participation, client experience, employee retention, and engagement.What You'll DoDesign and execute year‑round benefit strategies and communications to an assigned client base, driving plan participation and retention.Conduct worksite benefit meetings and enrollment sessions for new hires, quarterly wellness events, spending‑account education, year‑end onboarding, open enrollment, and related activities.Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on benefit strategies for worksite employee enrollment.Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills in benefits, attend training, and become a subject‑matter expert.Adhere to a daily schedule that manages meetings, calls, and partner connections.To Succeed in This RoleLocated in the San Francisco, CA metro area and able to manage an external client territory; hybrid work model (remote and field).Bilingual in English/Spanish (read, write, verbal).Ability to travel within assigned territory based on client needs.Five years of client service or client‑relationship management experience in a fast‑paced service environment.Experience in benefits.Strong presentation skills, engaging large audiences.Strategic thinker with ability to assess needs and provide innovative solutions.Willingness to travel to support client visits and strengthen relationships.Preferred QualificationsProgressive management experience in consulting or large corporate environments.Experience with multiple large complex clients or advisor relationships involving diverse benefit or HR‑related areas at senior levels.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $59,100.00 – $120,200.00 per year, with potential bonus, equity, or commissions.
