Join Us in Redefining Care: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At Vibrant ABA, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We are building a team of thoughtful, driven clinicians who care deeply not only about outcomes, but about the people behind them. If you bring clinical excellence, genuine compassion, and strong ethical grounding to your work, this is an opportunity to do meaningful, lasting work that truly matters.

Our clinical model is intentionally structured to prioritize quality, accountability, and real clinical support—not shortcuts.

About Vibrant ABA

Vibrant ABA is a growing, values-driven ABA therapy organization serving children and families across New York City, North Carolina, and additional states as we continue to expand.

  • Medicaid-focused with expanding commercial insurance partnerships
  • Committed to evidence-based, high-quality ABA services

If you are a BCBA who values doing things the right way—and wants to be part of a team that takes quality seriously—we would love to connect with you.

The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact

This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through thoughtful, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will lead the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring each client receives ethical, effective, and high-quality treatment.

You will serve as both a clinical leader and a trusted partner to families and staff—setting the tone for care, building strong relationships, and driving meaningful progress.

  • Focus: Treatment planning, assessments, supervision, parent training, and reassessments
  • Caseload: 25–30 billable hours per week (approximately 12–15 clients)
  • Work Model: In-person supervision prioritized, as we believe strong clinical outcomes are built through collaboration, direct support, and meaningful presence

This role is ideal for clinicians who value critical thinking, strong relationships, and sustainable clinical outcomes.
