This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by managing inbound sales and service inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting both the Sales and Service departments.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet.Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed visits.Coordinate customer questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.Track sold vehicles and maintain up-to-date hot sheets.Confirm special order parts with relevant departments.Follow up with phone and internet sales leads to generate new business.Manage paperwork, records, and necessary documentation efficiently.Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.Work Environment and CultureAt Kastner Honda, you will be part of a professional, drug-free, and non-smoking workplace committed to employee advancement and excellence.
