Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, non-medical personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients and families with clear communication and compassionate companionship.
- Prepare nutritional meals, perform light housekeeping, and provide medication reminders.
- Assist clients with transfer safety and light transportation for errands or appointments if needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred (a strong asset for client matching).
- Active Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license OR at least 1 year of verifiable caregiving experience with a licensed agency or facility.
- Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
- Compassionate mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to reliable client care.
