    Position Overview: Are you compassionate and fluent in Spanish? We're looking for reliable caregivers with transportation to provide essential care and support to our clients in McHenry County, IL. As a caregiver, you'll play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact in your community while doing meaningful work you're passionate about.

    Key Requirements:

    • High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience
    • Valid driver's license
    • Social security card

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
    • Provide companionship and emotional support
    • Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
    • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
    • Monitor clients' health status and report any changes
    • Maintain accurate records of client care activities
    • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
