Bilingual Central Enrollment & Family Engagement Receptionist

The School District of Beloit is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused bilingual professional to serve as our Bilingual Central Enrollment & Family Engagement Receptionist. This individual serves as the welcoming face of the District Administration Office while providing exceptional support to students, families, staff, and community members.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, building relationships, and creating a welcoming environment for families from diverse backgrounds.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting visitors

• Answering phones

• Assisting with student enrollment

• Supporting multilingual families

• Providing Spanish/English interpretation

• Coordinating outreach to families

• Scheduling meeting spaces

• Supporting district family engagement initiatives

• Maintaining confidentiality

• Providing exceptional customer service
