Bilingual Certified Assistant Maintenance Technician - Property Management

Location: Lewisville, TX 75067

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Compensation: $22-$23 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Bilingual Certified Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role supports the Lead Maintenance Supervisor and helps ensure our community remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance operations throughout the property
• Complete work orders including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Support unit turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems within certification scope
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff

Qualifications

• EPA or HVAC certification required (Type I, II, or Universal)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 1+ year of property maintenance or related experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to participate in on‑call rotation
