What your day will look like:- Inbound calls assisting customers by providing information on accounts, setting up payment arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Deliver accurate and timely information to customers, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Review and respond to updates or inquiries related to accounts.
- Apply appropriate resolutions for account status updates, call routing, system notations, and follow ups.
- Negotiate and process payments using effective communication and negotiation.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Proficient in Word/Excel
- Hours: Monday - Thursday, 10am - 9pm, off Saturday and Sunday
- Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7pm
