About the Position
Family Planning Services of Lorain County is seeking an experienced bilingual Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical operations and support the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and culturally responsive patient care. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and brings strong clinical judgment, leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily clinical operations, workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
· Supervise, support, and mentor clinical staff.
· Coordinate patient care and help ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
· Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Monitor staff performance, productivity, documentation, and compliance.
· Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding clinical team members.
· Ensure accurate and timely documentation and medical record management.
· Communicate effectively and respectfully with English- and Spanish-speaking patients and families.
· Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and organizational leadership.
· Respond to patient concerns and help maintain a positive, respectful patient experience.
· Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
· Support Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) processes, laboratory logs and maintenance, and pharmacy ordering, as applicable.
Required Qualifications
· Fluency in English and Spanish.
· Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential.
· Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
· Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
· A compassionate, professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous clinical leadership or management experience.
· Experience with the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP), laboratory logs, laboratory maintenance, or pharmacy ordering.
