    Job Description

    West End Family Counseling Services is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Clinician to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This position offers the opportunity to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in both clinic and community-based settings throughout West San Bernardino County.

    Position Details

    Essential Job Functions

    Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine treatment needs. Develop individualized treatment plans and establish measurable goals based on assessment findings. Provide individual, family, and group therapy services. Deliver rehabilitation and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skill-building services. Provide case management and care coordination services. Complete all required clinical documentation within agency timelines and in compliance with Medi-Cal standards. Participate in treatment team meetings and other program activities. Perform additional program-related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Eligible for licensure and/or registration as one of the following:

    LMFT LCSW LPCC AMFT ACSW APCC

    Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS). Experience providing counseling services to adults and families in mental health or community settings preferred. Strong clinical, documentation, and case management skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

    Schedule

    Approximately 30 hours per week 4 days per week
